RB30DET

The RB30DET is a good engine package when built correctly.

We work with these engines on a regular basis. We know what works well, and what not so well. We like to use high quality and proven parts when ever possible, as this will give you a great and reliable experience with your car once its finished until your ready for the next stage of upgrades.

If you are using an R33 head, we highly reccomended that you connect up the VVT as this moves the whole power band forward 300rpm so its well worth doing.

The costs of the stages are hard to predict as there is so many variables with the cost and quality of parts. These stages are proven results that we would happily own in our own cars. We do have options for people on a lower budget, but the result or reliability of the parts aren’t guaranteed as that parts are of a lower quality.

These packages are developed around a manual Gearbox, as our chosen ECU doesn’t support Auto’s

Stage 1

This is where the range of modifications and costs can vary wildly depending on your power aims. This is our recommended stage 2 upgrade for both street and motorsport.

This is for people looking for over 450kw.

For Motorsport we recommend the use of E85 fuel along with our upgrade packages, as its has a huge range of benefits, from power increases, improved cooling etc.
